Information Control and Display
MaxKnowledge is the data controller of your information. If you obtain access to Services through sponsors such as your employer, the third party sponsoring your participation may provide us information and therefore the third-party sponsor may control your information.
As part of its Services, MaxKnowledge offers social learning and sharing features through its Career Ed Lounge (“Lounge”), which allows you to make posts as well as share your details and information with other users. When you register on our Site, your name can be searched and found in the Lounge, however, you are in full control of your privacy settings for any information or materials you choose to publish in the Lounge.
If you are awarded the Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP) credential, your name and training evidence (course completions) will be listed on www.cheponline.org.
We use session cookies to enhance your navigation throughout our Site. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies to help us measure and improve the performance of our Services. From time to time, we may also use retargeting cookies from our advertising partners to display our ads to your device across different websites, but only if you’ve visited our purchase forms. MaxKnowledge is not for children under the age of 13. Our Services are intended for business use. If you are a California resident who has provided personal information to us to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use, you are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses.
